Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of $.28 per item. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

| To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps: |

- E-mail us at info@ conventiontotes.com referencing your order # in the subject title.
- Please explain which items of your order you'd like to return and why your reason for return.
- We will acknowledge your mail and approve your return by issueing a return authorization (RA# )
- Include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package, in the address
