Should I get a sample first?
We encourage all our customers to order a sample first to be sure that the size and material of the item are as per your expectations.
We offer the first sample at no charge and will only ask you to cover shipping expenses.

Is there a minimum amount to place an order?
The minimum amount to place an order for most items is 50 pcs or $250.00. There might be some items for which different rules apply.
 
What is the lead-time for delivering an order?
The standard lead-time for most orders is two business days, plus shipping time, provided the item is in stock.
 
What if I have a specific date for my order?
If the delivery schedule is critical, please make sure to mark your in hands date on your order in the "comment" filed and reconfirm with your customer service representative at time when order is placed. We will let you know at that time, if there is any concern or requirement for rush shipping.
 
What if I need an order to be rushed?
Please check with your customer service representative.
 
Is the pricing subject to change?
Since prices fluctuate throughout the year, it is always safe to call your sales representative to verify pricing before placing your order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
 
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Unfortunately not as easy to change an order as our "mantra" is to get your order out fast.

But if there is a last-minute change that comes up – notify your sales representative right away and discuss your options first- followed by a written request.

Any changes made to an order may affect your ship date and must be approved by the us and confirmed in writing. Additional charges may apply. Increases in quantity will be treated as a separate order unless the increase is placed prior to the start of production.

Again, changes must be requested in writing and authorized by us – otherwise no guarantee can be given!

What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled without prior authorization. Customers are liable for any charges incurred prior to cancellation. Charges will be assessed by us.

Cancellations must be made in writing and must be confirmed as received by us. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
 
How can I get a catalog?
At this time we do not have a retail or mail order catalog. If you want to buy an item, our web site is your best companion. Within the site, you can order online, find a store located in your area that sells us, or learn how to contact one of our retail shops by telephone.
We eventually hope to offer a mail order catalog in the future.

In general, canvas tote bags can be laundered even though we do not recommend it and don’t give any guarantees. If you decide to do so, here are some hints. – Do not wash with other colors. Canvas totes may bleed. Wash on cold cycle. – Canvas material generally is not preshrunk, some shrinkage might occur. Do not put in dryer, instead lay flat. Your imprint or embroidery might fade and suffer from laundering.
